Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Bars

Okay this is a total rip of from Pillsbury. But I can't find the link, so to be clear I am not taking ANY credit for this. I just made it twice for Bible Study snacks and it got RAVE reviews from the ladies.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
You will need
2 (8oz) Cream Cheese blocks (room temp)
1 egg
1/4 c sugar
1/2 c mini choco chips
1 pkg crescent rolls

Start by mixing the cream cheese, egg and sugar together, then stir in the choco chips.

Then Spray a 8x8 pan with non-stick cooking spray and cut the cresents in half. Use a rolling pin to roll out all the seams and lay in the cooking pan. Trim off any extra rolls so it just covers the bottom.

The pour the cream cheese mixture into the pan.

Spread the mixture out then top with the remaining rolls and trim again.

Bake for 18-20 min until pretty and golden brown

Let Cool for 10 min, then turn it out of the pan and let cool completely.

I then cut it into 32 small triangles, but you can cut it however you like. I forgot to take the pic after it was all cut.

Try this and enjoy... super simple, and worth the effort.
