So we pulled out the crock pot and started the process. After everything set for the night I started to can in the morning. This was very intimidating for me, but it turned out really well.

Apple Butter
So I have always wanted to start canning creations and started with apple butter.... mostly b/c I LOVE the smell, and my family loves apple butter, so it seemed logical. Now I did have Padyn help me, which made it so much more fun for me. Padyn loves to help me in the kitchen and I have found when she is involved with the preparing of food she eats better and is just so proud.
