Tripp and I are so excited to watch Padyn grow. She is starting to get some eye-hand coordination.
She will sit under her floor gym and hit the toys over and over. She is starting to giggle and her smiles are HUGE. I think my favorite part of the day is going in and waking Padyn up and when she is awake finally, usually when I am changing her diaper, she will just start smiling and laughing silently. It is the most adorable thing I have ever seen. She is such a happy content baby and I can't believe how much The Lord has blessed us.
This past weekend we had the pleasure of having a surprise birthday party for our friend Blake at our house. We got to meet alot of people who go to our church and just got to enjoy the house the way we had planned when we started the remodel. We really wanted the house to be used as a place for fellowship and witnessing for The Lord. After an evening of jambalya and beignets Tripp and I were exahusted. I think we crawled into bed at 1am. We are never up that late anymore. She will sit under her floor gym and hit the toys over and over. She is starting to giggle and her smiles are HUGE. Tripp got a new car and has been busy working on it and is so excited to have a project to work on during the weekend. He is enjoying learning about the car and all the things that he could do and trying to decide if he wants to do it or not. Next weekend he is going to go to the drivers school here and hopefully have a fun weekend. I think he is going to take the M since the shifter in the E30 is a little loose and kinda diffucult to put into 1st gear.
We couldn't be more blessed and are excited about having a family and getting plugged in at the church. We want to be a witness for The Lord and have our home open to anyone who needs a place to go.
